Betstinct reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Betstinct is an analytics and information platform only. All content, picks, predictions, analyses, odds comparisons, and recommendations provided by Betstinct are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or any other form of professional advice. Betstinct is not a licensed gambling operator, bookmaker, or financial advisor.

No outcome is guaranteed. Past performance of any picks or models is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.

3. Eligibility

4. No Liability for Losses

You expressly agree that Betstinct, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or harm of any kind arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any information, pick, prediction, or recommendation provided by the Service.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and accept all risk associated with sports betting and gambling activities. Betstinct shall not be held responsible for any bets placed, winnings, or losses.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Betstinct reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to subscribers.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction
• Redistribute, resell, or share premium picks or content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service's algorithms or data
• Use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports betting analytics services are prohibited
